Ondeo Nalco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on July 03, 2006, pursuant to a letter dated June 30, 2006 received from Nalco Company, the foreign promoter, has decided to obtain the members sanction at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on July 31, 2006 to delist the Company''s shares from the Stock Exchanges.
