DPIL Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the Special Resolution for voluntary delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. The Company has appointed Mr Salil Banerjee, Company Secretary, as Scrutiniser for Conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair & transparent manner. The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the Scrutinizer before the close of business hours July 31, 2006. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the Scrutiny and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be published on or before August 03, 2006.
