Axis Capital - Board to consider Interim Dividend

Axis Capital Markets India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. To consider the approval of audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2012.

2. To consider and declare interim dividend for the FY 2012-2013, if any.
