Visagar Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2012 have accorded their approval for the following :-

1. Appointment of Mr. Kanwarlal Rathi as additional Director of the Company.

2. The resignation of Ms. Kalpana Sharma from Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

3. Appointment of Mr. Alok Jain (Company Secretary) as Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
