Adani Power - Corrigendum to Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter

With reference to earlier announcement regarding Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter dated October 04, 2012. Adani Agro Private Limited (the "Seller"), has submitted to BSE a Corrigendum to the Consolidated Notice of Offer for Sale of an aggregate of 35,577,597 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Adani Power Ltd on October 08, 2012, by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd for this purpose.

The Sale shall take place at the separate window of the BSE Ltd and shall commence on October 08, 2012 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close the same day at 03.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").
