Guj NRE Coke - Board Meeting on Sep 28, 2012

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd (GNCL) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 28, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The proposal of amalgamation of M/s Bharat NRE Coke Ltd (BNCL) with the Company.

2. The Scheme of amalgamation between BNCL and GNCL.

3. Valuation Report for the purpose of exchange ratio.

4. The Fairness opinion and

5. Other matters incidental and connected to the said amalgamation of BNCL with GNCL.
