Infosys - Q2 results on Oct 12, 2012

Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 12, 2012, inter alia, to consider;

1. The audited financial results of the Company as per Indian GAAP for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2012.

2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2012 as per IFRS.

3. The declaration of interim dividend, if any.
