Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that under the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2008, as per the exercise mandate from the Option holder for Options Vested in him, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (ITSL), the Trustees of the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Welfare Stock Option Trust, as per the said mandate, has sold 2617 and 1097 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company through open market sale on BSE 17th September and 18th September respectively. Further it has sold 9378 and 8498 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company through open market sale on NSE on 17th September and 18th September respectively.
