Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 21, 2012, to consider the following matters:

1. To consider and approve the Joint Venture with M/s. Sreeven Infocom Limited, a Hyderabad based e-Governance Company for execution of contract for issuing Aadhar Cards and other e-Governance projects.

2. To consider acquisition of 51% stake in Doctorstime Health Services Private Limited, a Hyderabad based online Health Services Company.
