Ganesh Benzo - Extension of Time for Holding AGM

With reference to the earlier annoucement dated August 31, 2012, regarding for the book closure and for holding of 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 29, 2012, Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company is not in position to hold 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 29, 2012 due to un fortunate incidence that the Company''s accounting software got corrupted and as a result substantial time will be required to restore all accounting data after installation of new server and due to which Company is not able to prepare and print the required Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts for relevant year. The Board has approved for the Extension of time for the Holding of 25th Annual Meeting for the year 2012. in their meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 01, 2012 and to make an application to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) under section 166 and section 210 of the Companies Act, 1956.
