Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that under the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2008, as per the exercise mandate from the Option holder for Options Vested in him, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (ITSL), the Trustees of the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Welfare Stock Option Trust, as per the said mandate, has sold 1840 and 861 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company through open market sale on BSE 4th September and 5th September respectively. Further it has sold 4369 and 16,240 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company through open market sale on NSE on 4th September and 5th September respectively.
