Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made an application for extension of date of Annual General Meeting on August 11, 2012 with Office of Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. The said application is approved by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra and extended date of holding the Annual General Meeting up to December 31, 2012.
