Amara Raja Batt - Fixes Record Date for Stock Split
Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that the Sub-Division and Allotment of Shares Committee of the board at its meeting held on August 30, 2012 has fixed September 26, 2012 as the "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of the members for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each fully paid up into two equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupees One) each fully paid up.
