Axon Infotech - Outcome of Board Meeting

Axon Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2012, has approved the following:

1. The Board approved the re appointment of M/s. DMKH & Associates, Chartered Accountant, as the statutory Auditor of the Company subject to the approval of Members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Girraj Kishor Agrawal as the Managing Director of the Company for the period of 5(Five) Years with effect from August 28, 2012 to August 27, 2017 subject to approval of Members at the ensuing AGM.
