Ntpc Limited has informed the Exchange that as per office order dated August 21, 2012 of the Ministry of Power, Government of India and in pursuance of Article 40/41 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the President has appointed Dr. A. Didar Singh, Ex-Secretary, Government of India as Non-Official Part-Time Director on the Board of the Company for a period of three years.
