Max India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Remuneration Committee of the Company granted 2,92,978 Stock Options to certain key employees of the Company effective August 18, 2012 under Max Employee Stock Plan - 2003. The said Options entitle the Optionholders one equity share of Rs.2/- each at par for every one Option exercised. The said Options will be vested with the Optionholders in a graded manner.
