Itc Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company on August 17, 2012 issued and allotted 22,03,710 Ordinary Shares of Rs.1/- each, upon exercise of 2,20,371 Options by Optionees under the Company''s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from August 17, 2012, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 784,68,13,020/- divided into 784,68,13,020 Ordinary Shares of Rs.1/- each.
