Gravita India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 17, 2012 has declared the Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per share (10% on face value per share) on the equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the F.Y. 2012-13 on total paid up capital of the Company of 6,81,00,000 shares amounting 1,36,20,000/-.
