Aarvee Denim - Fixes Book Closure for Interim Dividend & AGM (cancellation of Record Date)

With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 16, 2012, regarding September 01, 2012 has been fixed as the Record Date for Interim Dividend, Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has cancelled its earlier notice dated August 16, 2012 in which the Company decided September 01, 2012 as the record date.

Further the Company has informed that, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on September 01, 2012, for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend & 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2012.
