Unitech Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2012:

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 3267.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs. 5100.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2011. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 23772.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 to Rs. 17765.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2012.
