Sriven Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has taken a decision to close the Book of the Accounts of the Company by March 31 in the Board Meeting. The accounting year of the Company, shall be the Financial Year hence the Books are closed by March 31, 2006 and, the Annual General Meeting shall be conducted before September 2006.
