Reliance Communications Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012:

The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2012

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, Minority Interest and Share of Profit / (loss) of Associates of Rs. 1620 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to Rs. 1570 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 49460 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 to Rs. 53190 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
