Rel Capital - Announces Standalone Q1 results & Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended June 30, 2012

Reliance Capital Ltd has announced the following Standalone results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012:

The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2012

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 where as the same was at Rs. 1380 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. Total Income is Rs. 7190 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 where
as the same was at Rs. 7190 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.

The results for the current quarter ended June 30, 2012 are not comparable with previous corresponding quarter as Viscount Management Services (Alpha) Limited amalgamated with the Company w.e.f. October 01,2011.
