Kwality Dairy India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following;

1. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2012 along with Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2012.

2. To consider and approve Unaudited Quarterly Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2012.

3. To Consider and approve the notice for calling Annual General Meeting along with the Directors'' Report for the year ended March 31, 2012.

4. To consider the recommendation of Dividend for financial year 2011-12.
