Kanoria Chem - Board to consider Buy Back of Equity Shares

Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2012, inter alia, to transact the following :

1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2012.

2. To consider a proposal for Buy Back of the Equity Shares of the Company in accordance with all applicable provisions of law.
