Harrisons Malay - Equity Shareholders & Creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that by an Order made on the July 06, 2012, the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam has directed that separate meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Secured and Unsecured Creditors of the Applicant Company be convened and held at Durbar Hall, Casino Hotel, Willingdon Island, Cochin - 682003 on August 17, 2012 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the proposed arrangement embodied in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation among Harrisons Malayalam Limited (''HML'') and Enchanting Plantations Limited (‘EPL’) and Malayalam Plantations Limited (‘MPL) and Harmony Plantations Limited (‘HPL’) and their respective Shareholders and their respective Creditors ("Scheme" or "the Scheme").
