Nippo Batteries - Outcome of Board Meeting

Nippo Batteries Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2012, have approved the following changes:

- Resignation of Three Directors

Mr. H. Aota, Mr. K. Kudara and Mr. H. Sugimura, Japanese Directors resigned from the membership of the Board w.e.f. July 31, 2012.

- Appointment of Three Directors

Mr. Aditya Reddy, Mr. S. Obul Reddy and Mr. M. Subramanyam have been appointed as Directors of the Company w.e.f. July 31, 2012.
