Havells India - Outcome of Board Meeting

Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2012, has resolved to change the Registered Office of the Company from 1/7, Ram Kishore Road, Civil Lines, Delhi - 110054 to 1, Raj Narain Marg, Civil Lines, Delhi -110 054.

Additionally, in the Board Meeting held on July 30, 2012, it has also been resolved to approve the funding to the Employee Welfare Trust, a Trust to be set up by the Company for the benefit of and for the general welfare of its employees. Further, as part of an incentive scheme floated by the Company for the benefit of its employees, this Employee Welfare Trust shall purchase equity shares of the Company from the open market through registered stock exchange(s) where the Company''s shares are listed.
