Shriram City Union Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 27, 2012 decided to offer, issue, and allot Non-Convertible Debentures in one or more tranches, of varying face value at a price, aggregating to a maximum Rs. 2000 crores (including an option to retain over-subscription for issuance of additional NCDs to the public).
