National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of SEBI''s circular MIRSD/DPS III/Cir-11/07 dated August 06, 2007 regarding certain disclosures to be made by the Debenture Issuer with a view to protect investor’s interest, the Company has submitted to BSE the copy of Compliance Report for the quarter ended June, 2012 sent to Trustees-IL&FS Trust Company Limited, Mumbai (for Series XIII (A & B) & XVIII Bonds) and IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (for series XXXI,XXXII and XXXVII Bonds) for the Bonds listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE as mentioned above.
