Virtualsoft Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2012, inter alia, has taken the following decisions
1. The Board has allotted equity shares to the following allottees
a. Mr. Gokul Tandan - 24,00,000 equity shares at Par
b. Mr. Manpreet Singh - 1,50,000 equity shares at Par
c. Mr. Reet Singh Ahluwalia - 2,00,000 equity shares at Par
2. The Board approved the agreement for the transfer of Undertaking of the Company comprising of its Telecom Business to it''s subsidiary Roam1 Telecom Limited and authorized Mr. Gokul Tandan, the Managing Director of the Company to sign & execute the agreement on behalf of the Company & for other necessary actions.
