Dhanus Tech - Outcome of Board Meeting
Dhanus Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2012 inter alia, has resolved to shift its registered office from its location to a new premise on account of relentless load shedding for the past many months and lack of (deteriorating) infrastructure facilities and access at the existing office building.
After considering many options which were being explored, the Board resolved to shift the registered office to the following address with effect from July 25, 2012) :
