Ruchi Soya - Board recommends Dividend

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 16% (Re. 0.32 per equity share of face value Rs. 2/-) on Equity Share Capital of Rs. 66.69 Crores.
