ITC - Allotment of Shares under the Company’s ESOS

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on July 17, 2012 issued and allotted 35,04,790 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,50,479 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from July 17, 2012, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 783,30,63,000/- divided into 783,30,63,000 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
