Crompton Greaves Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012:

The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2012

The Company has posted a net profit from ordinary activities after tax of Rs. 1202.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to Rs. 1290.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 14844.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 to Rs. 16772.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, Minority Interest and Share of profit of associates (net) of Rs. 859.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to Rs. 794.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 24528.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 to Rs. 28303.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
