Axis Bank - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP
AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on July 17, 2012 has made the allotment of 77,102 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, under ESOP Scheme of the Bank.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,43,68,048 equity shares from 41,42,90,946 equity shares.
