AP Paper Mills - Outcome of Board Meeting

Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 13, 2012, transacted the following:

1. Noted the resignation of Mr. Shreeyash Bangur, Director with effect from July 12, 2012.

2. Accepted the resignations of Mr. Paul Brown, Executive Chairman and Mr. P K Suri, Director (Operations) with effect from the close of the Board meeting of July 13, 2012.

3. Appointed the following persons as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from the close of Board meeting of July 13, 2012

i) Mr. W. Michael Amick Jr. ii) Mr. Michael Baymiller iii) Mr. Kenneth P Huelskamp

The Board also appointed Mr. W. Michael Amick Jr. as Executive Chairman for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge.
