TCS - Board declares Interim Dividend

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 12, 2012, inter alia, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on August 07, 2012.
