Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, inter-alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 earlier scheduled to be held on July 30, 2012 has been preponed and the same will now be held on July 27, 2012.
