Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has in joint venture with M/s. Progetto Consultants India Pvt. Ltd., incorporated a subsidiary Company namely "Progetto Soluzioni Pvt. Ltd." vide certificates of incorporation dated July 11, 2012.
The Joint Venture Company proposes to render project management consultancy services to the real estate and infrastructural projects in the industry.
