CMC - Outcome of Board Meeting - CMC appoints Mr. Ashok Sinha, former CMD, BPCL as Independent Director

CMC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2012, has decided to appoint Mr. Ashok Sinha, Ex. Chairman cum Managing Director of BPCL as Additional Director w.e.f. July 11, 2012.

In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated July 11, 2012 titled "CMC appoints Mr. Ashok Sinha, former CMD, BPCL as Independent Director".
