Vimal Oils - Allotment of 8,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 65/- on preferential basis

Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 8,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 65/- (at a Premium of Rs, 55/-) to some of the allottees on July 04, 2012 on preferential basis, pursuant to the approval by the shareholders of the Company through the postal ballot, the result of which was declared on June 19, 2012.
