National Oxygen - Outcome of Board Meeting

National Oxygen Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2012, has transacted the following business:

1. Approved the Final Letter of Offer for the purpose of Rights Issue after incorporating the insertions, deletions and modifications instructed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

2. Fixed the opening date for the purpose of Rights Issue as July 11, 2012 and closing date as July 30, 2012 (both days inclusive).
