The South Indian Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 28,2012, has decided to grant 21,000 Options to eligible employees under the 4th Tranche of SIB ESOS - 2008. No options were granted to Managing Director & CEO, Part- time Chairman and other non-executive Directors of the Bank.
