Garware Poly - Board recommends Dividend (AGM on Sep 05, 2012)

Garware Polyester Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (15%) on 2,33,15,150 equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2012, subject to declaration by the members at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 05, 2012.

Dividend payment date will be September 10, 2012.
