Infostack Solutions Pte Ltd. is a Consulting & IT services firm specializing in providing value chain management solutions and offers expertise in the areas of Banking, Finance Services and Insurance, Web Development, ERP, Client Server Technologies and Infrastructure. Their domain experience lies in SAP, Internet Technologies, Java & Oracle E-Business.

The acquisition is expected to add value to the business in the aforesaid areas in the Asia Pacific region.
