NMDC - Change in Directorship

NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Y K Sharma, Shri. Abdul Kalam and Shri. K S Raju, Directors of the Company, had completed the period of 3 years tenure on June 18, 2012 as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company. Accordingly, they ceased to be Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from June 19, 2012.

Further, the Company has already taken up the matter with the Govt. of India to fill up the said vacancies caused due to completion of the tenure of the above said Independent Directors of the Company.
