Allahabad Bank - Change in Directorate

Allahabad Bank has informed BSE that the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide their Notification dated June 18, 2012 have appointed Shri Arun Tiwari as Executive Director of the Bank with effect from the date of his taking over charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, Shri Arun Tiwari has taken over the charge of Executive Director of the Bank with effect from June 18, 2012 and will hold office for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
