Tata Steel - Open Offer to the Shareholders of Tata Sponge Iron

Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE regarding Public Announcement for Voluntary Open Offer ("Offer") for acquisition of upto 1,734,040 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") at a price of Rs. 375 per share ("Offer Price") from the shareholders of Tata Sponge Iron Ltd ("Target Company") constituting 11.26% of the equity share capital of the Target Company by Tata Steel Ltd ("Acquirer"), Pursuant to and in compliance with Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011, and subsequent amendments thereto.
