Wipro - Allotment of Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that :

- Administrative Committee of the Company''s Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated June 14, 2012 resolved to issue and allot 121350 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
